If you are unhappy with your goods, we do offer refunds and exchanges where eligible.

 

HOW TO RETURN / EXCHANGE

Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click 'Start'.

Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return / exchange.

You will get a confirmation email with the return guidelines once we verify your order is eligible.

 

WHAT ITEMS ARE ELIGIBLE?

You can return/exchange your items within 21 days of receipt of your shipment.

- They must be in original condition and unworn

- With the original packaging

Note some discounted items are not returnable.

ANY COST FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGES?

Hong Kong, Taiwan, Macau and China Customers:

1) All good faith exchanges are free of charge - including all shipping charges

2) All returns are charged a $5 USD restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund payment.

3) Shipping fees for returns will be borne by the customer. If a return parcel is sent via collect-pay, we will deduct the shipping costs from the refund amount,

Note that any shipping fees, taxes & duties previosuly paid for by the customer will not be refunded.

Other International Customers:

1) All good faith exchanges are free of charge.

2) All returns are charged a $5 USD restocking fee plus a return shipping fee which will be deducted from your refund payment:

    - Singapore : US$18 USD | S$25
    - United States of America : US$35
    - Australia : US$25 | A$30
    - United Kingdom : US$25 | £20
    - Other Countries please email us at returns@mylacess.com for a quote

Note any shipping fees, taxes & duties previously paid for by customer will not be refunded.

Conversions to local currency if requried will be determined on the date of processing the refund.

 

HOW LONG TO PROCESS REFUNDS?

Once your returned item have been received (may take up to 3 weeks when using our nominated couriers) and confirmed eligible, we will send you a confirmation email.

Please be aware that payments can take up to 10 working days to process depending on your bank or payment provider. In most cases we will refund you in the same way you paid for your order.

 

DISPUTES

In event of disputes, Lacess Limited's decision on the matter will be final.
